What Are Essences?
Essences are liquid, vibrational remedies made from the energetic imprint of flowers, gems and natural environments. They don't work biochemically the way supplements or medications do, they work informationally, carrying the intelligence of their source directly into your energetic, physical and emotional body.
Think of them as nature's tuning forks.
I work with Alaskan Essences, one of the most respected and vibrationally pure essence systems in the world, handcrafted in the pristine wilderness of Alaska since 1983. Their three-part system creates a beautifully complete approach to healing:

In a dedicated Rooted Radiance Session, we begin with a conversation about what's present for you, what you're moving through, what feels stuck and what you'd like to create or embody. From there, we intuitively select a custom blend of essences tailored specifically to your intention and what is ready to transform, integrate or take root in your life.
You'll leave with your personal essence blend to take home (or mailed to you if it's a remote session), along with guidance on how to work with the essences to deepen your process.
Essences as an Addition to Your Biofield Tuning Session
After a Biofield Tuning session, your system is coming into greater coherence and non-beneficial patterns have begun to transform. Essences can help anchor and deepen those shifts, supporting your nervous system as it integrates and helping the restored conductivity and flow take root more deeply in your body and field. (Only available in the U.S.)
Rooted Radiance Gene Keys Sessions (only available in the United States)
Your Gene Keys are more than wisdom to contemplate, they're living frequencies waiting to be embodied. And embodiment doesn't happen in the mind. It happens within the body, in the cells, in the quiet spaces where old patterns have lived the longest.
In a Rooted Radiance Gene Keys Session, we bring together the wisdom of your Gene Keys profile with the vibrational intelligence of nature. A custom blend of Flower, Gem and Environmental Essences is selected specifically around the Keys we're exploring together, chosen to support what is ready to transform and integrate, help you more fully anchor your gift frequencies, and nourish your whole system as it opens to greater wholeness.
This session can be experienced in two ways:
As an addition to a Gene Keys Attunement Session — where the essences deepen and extend your contemplation and the work of the tuning forks, acting as a vibrational bridge that helps the shifts land more completely in your body and life on an on-going basis.
As a standalone Rooted Radiance Gene Keys Session — where your profile becomes the compass for our essence selection, and nature becomes the vehicle for integration. No tuning forks, just the quiet, profound intelligence of the essences working with the wisdom of your Keys.
In both cases, you'll leave with your personal blend or your blend will be mailed to you if its a remote session.
